Panzerwerfer identification

Is it possible to identify the unit of the Panzerwerfers on the pictures? Can it be 23. (Panzer) Batterie/schweres Werfer-Regiment 3 which acted at Narva starting February 1944? The battery was armed with 15cm Panzerwerfer 42.
