FANTASTIC thread!!!
I love it. Is it too much to ask for one of each type shown...?

Hi Bert,
I have this type identified as an Alfa-Romeo Type 500 First Generation. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

Hi Max,

thank You very much for the ID. I was a little bit confused by the second side window of the cabin.

Best regards

The board's been pretty quiet lately, perhaps due to August holidays and such. Anyway I have a few old timers here: Ansaldo autocannone from the First World War. I believe they are based on the Lancia IZ chassis, though I may be mistaken. Any further info on these vehicles will be appreciated.

Hi.

It's an autocannoni da 75 A.V. Lancia 1Z for sure.

Try to get hold of Squadron/Signal 2044 "Italian Truck-Mounted Artillery" in Action. Riccio & Pignato.

Hi David,
Many thanks for the information. Also thanks for the book recommendation. It looks like a good reference and is reasonably priced on Amazon.
Cheers,
Max

Nice pic, Bert. Thanks for posting. Just for kicks here is a shot of a Dovunque 41 appearing in an Italian TV series called Il commissario De Luca in 2008. :)
