Thanks a lot for your response, Dirk, and sorry for the delay of mine.
After some further research I think it is a Fiat 518L Coloniale,
a rare beast indeed...

I have tried to work out the differences between the Fiat 626 and 666,
at least from the front perspective.
Main (external) differences, in my view : radiator and windshield shapes.
Hardly the last word in this issue, and surely not totally correct,
but hopefully the start of further discussion...

Hello Oliver,
I wish I had better pics than these but it's a start. The bottom edge of the windscreen panels look slightly "curvier" on the 666, I think.

Interesting. I see the resemblance to the 2 liter sedan , but have never seen a furgoncino version before.

I have tried to work out the differences between the Fiat 626 and 666,
Although similar in appearance they are completely different in dimensions, that's the most important difference. In turn it leads to many differences in details.
A front view of both 626 and 666 from factory blueprints in the same scale:

On the second pic it is Fiat 666 in the middle. And Alfa Romeo 500 on the right.

I wish the things were so simple...
Again: although similar, 626 and 666 are different trucks not only in dimensions but in every detail. So shrinking down 666 would't give you 626 and vice versa: enlarging 626 wouldn't be 666.
Also, I can't get how it is possible to say that the exact model is NLM or NM having only the front view and no engine specs?

Shrinking a cabbage does not give you a Brussels sprout, but it does give a useful illustration. I think olmi57 did say "external" differences, and as we are dealing with old photographs, not full-size, pin sharp images, a summary of comparative dimensions and points of recognition is very helpful. Or to me at least.
Cheers,
Kerry.

Oliver, these aren't my personal standards or Bulgarian national standards but general standards of everyone who can see details because he WANTS to see them.

Let's not take it too serious, Ilian, I was just kidding :D
Keep on correcting my errors, I'm far from being perfect in Italian verhicles...
