Hi Jose,
Thanks for those scarce Latil COE photos. Maybe an H1A1B4 variant?

Hi Jose,

that´s the type AGP. Here a pic of this truck out of the booklet "Tous les Renault Militaires 1914 - 1940" by Francois Vauvillier.

Best regards

Bert

Good puzzle! I think it is something else. Lorraine 3-axle tankers are with suicide doors and this one isn't. Tatras are with normal doors but the windshield is not of Tatra, any model. Well, let's say it was modified by the Germans but still there is another mystery here: both Tatra and Lorraine have radiators with 5 clusters and on this one apparently they are more.
So what it could be? Indeed, looks French enough.

Hi Jose, hi ilfil,

here a pic with Lorraine tankers for comparing. These Lorraine tankers have normal doors and a normal windshield I think. And these tankers have radiators with 7 clusters. So it seems that all matches.

Best regards

Bert

Hi Bert,
Well done! Okay, I agree there is Lorraine on the picture of Jose. Apparently there were different variants. My excuse is that even on your picture the windshields are different! Note the right one.
Cheers!

Here is another one (not that difficult to ID  ):
