thanks a lot for posting this interesting pic. It seems, that the truck on Your pic is not the type ADR, but ADH 1 long. Here a pic of this truck out of the booklet "Tous les Renaults militaires 1914 - 19140" by Francois Vauvillier.

thank you for the correction. Of course you are right. I think it's a P17 with equally sized sprocket and idler wheel.
The P19 has a smaller sized idler wheel.
