Can someone identify this panzer pennant?

I was given this panzer pennant by a veteran in 1976. I'm sure it is not "SS" as written but I think it might be a command pennant. Can anyone tell me more specifically what it is? He took it from a tank in Frankfurt in Feb 1945 but more than that I do not know.

that´s the normal command pennant for a German division commander until 1945.
