Re: Group photos
Hi
the sdkfz 251/4 could be these vehicles. Pictures from the same roll of films(?) and it seems to be the same location.
Many of these pictures that this dealer is offering are from 1. and 6. PzDiv.
By the way they are not regular Ausf A but unarmoured variants.
Regards
Armin

Hi
sorry a small mistake in my contribution above. It should be sdkfz 251/3 as the 4 variant is the ammunition carrier.

Re: Group photos
Hi spannerman,
very interesting. So these four vehicles (2 x Kfz. 2 Funk-Kraftwagen and 2 x Kfz . 17 Fernsprechwagen) could be the communication section of an infantry gun company (motorized). And on the right the vehicles of the heavy infantry gun platoon.
Best regards
Bert

Re: Group photos
Hi Bert,
Almost for certain the front lEpkw is also a Funkwagen, its more likely that four funkwagen are the radio vehicles for the whole unit seen in the photos, maybe just one of them for the iG Kompanie, but having said that, at other times the guns sections usually use telephone communications between them and their section leader, after all, once the guns are emplaced they do move around very much, so telephones would be sufficient.
cheers PAUL

Hi everybody
here some more group photos.
The first 2 pictures show the same company from different angles.
In the 4th picture you can see a rare kl. PzBefWg with frame antenna,
last vehicle in the right row.
