From: Panzer : the illustrated history of Germany's Amoured forces in WWII / Barr and Hart.
Indeed a Panzer II from 7.PzD according to my books, turret n°34. It has apparently been destroyed by a 75mm Mle1897 field gun, itself knocked out later.
