Hi George,

thank You very much for posting this pic of a Reichswehr car. Do You know the type?
Here a pic of a special version of the 3 ton halftrack tractor of the "Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbrüchiger" ("German Maritime Search and Rescue Association").

Best regards

Bert

Hi,

today I discovered a vehicle that I have never seen before: a mittlerer geländegängiger Einheits-PKW with a closed superstructure. It could be a film recording motor vehicle. Place and date of the pic: Paris 14 June 1940. Source of the pic: www.alamy.de

Regards

Bert

Nice find !!!

Here an image of an Opel Blitz truck. I think the cab is not of German origin...

Hi Sturm78,

thanks for posting this pic! A very interesting pic and good question.
I think the cab and the flatbed is made by a Belgian coachbuilder. Here a pic of a Belgian Minerva truck, then a Diamont T truck from Verchain-Maugré (France, but only 20 km from the border to Belgium) and pics of a captured Diamond T with the same flatbed.

Best regards

Bert
