I believe your vehicle on the train waggon behind the Opel is a British commer but not the military Q4 version. I will post a catalogue photo of a 1936 Commer civilian vehicle that is very close to your photo.
Well, not quite that close is it. It also resembles a US Diamond T and I will try to find a proper photo of that for comparison. Sorry I jumped a bit soon.
