I believe that this is a Ford WOT2 in the care of a mountain unit. It has unusual, probably German modified, one-piece windscreen and direction indicators.

All the normal ID clues indicate it is indeed that model Ford.
Vanderveen cites the WO 2 C as having a vertical windscreen (no photo) but a bit of a look on Google indicates as you say, it was a two piece screen. So, I agree with your assessment.
