I actually came across it when researching the Krupp 28cm mortars and liked the look. I'll post a few pictures when I get a minute.

very nice indeed - thanks for sharing. I am finishing up the 12" M1908 this week (old and ugly but cool looking) maybe and I have been working on the 14" MKIII (M 1920) for awhile. The gun, carriage, trucks and bolsters are just about done but I am holding out for more details on the engine compressor unit up front in order to finish. Regards
Hi - I put my model of the 12" M1908 on a separate thread check it out if you have a minute. Regards

Here are a few new WIP pictures of the 8 inch Disappearing gun as it will be released soon by Panzer Concepts.
It will be a mixture of cast resin and 3D printed parts (in 1/35th scale).
Regards

Wow! Such a cool project! I've been to Fort Casey over here which also had disappearing guns.

Hello - I think It's been out in the market since Feb - you can order right from PanzerConcepts.com (price is about $95 with a base if I recall).
Just click on the store link at the bottom of the splash screen -

James Eades invented the disappearing gun mount for the Federal river fleet during the ACW.
