The barrel is 3mm too long . Tiger1.info says to cut it off the front , but I did not want to lose the muzzle brake alignment pin so I chucked the barrel on to a drill and turned the 3mm off the back to allow the collar to go forward more . Cutting the grove was a pain . There was no need to cut the back the tail . The hole was deep enought . There is a seam running the length of the barrel but the plastic is soft and it's easy to remove . Be very careful with the liquid glue , be very stingy . The plastic turns real soft if you use too much . Remember that or fingerprints galore !

Not sure how the smoke grenade brackets will look like until the turret is done . Followed the kit parts and added 1.5mm to bring the bracket to the level of the viewport . The brackets were pretty substantial in all the photos that I've seen .

The turret , figure time fit this togethere . The turret top or roof is just trim to fit . A lot of elbow grease and trial and error . The plastic is soft so don't remove too much material , light on the sanding .
