Krupp 88mm Flak L/45

Post by EPOCH3 » 27 Nov 2020 16:59

Hi - here is the start of my WWI Krupp 88mm Flak L/45 project in 1/35th scale.
This will go with my Krupp KDI artillerie zugmaschine I did awhile back.
Happy Modeling

Hi Epoch 3,

Fantastic work all round!

I just joined AHF yesterday and am still feeling my way round the site. I wanted to contact you about Dora as I am building the 1/35 Soar Art model which, as you are doubt aware, has multiple accuracy issues but cannot seem to do so on your profile page.

Can you please get in touch. I am in the UK.

Best regards,

Digby Stevenson

A few more details added - need to still figure out a few
details with how the bracing on the outriggers work/fold and
the seats. The seats get my vote for worst designed seats of all
time. Very much over complicated.
Happy Modeling.

Here is a quick pic showing how I decided to do the folding deck sides and
a picture of the main frame deck I just printed (not even cleaned yet).

Just for fun, I decided to upscale my 1/35th scale 8/8,8 cm Flak project to 1/16.
It's huge :)
