Right now I'm working on the Queen Elizabeth, but then I've been working on her for three months. Because of school I don't have much time.

For Christmas I want Emhar's A7V 1/72 German WWI tank and its British counterpart.

i've got so many things going on that i have to take care of myself, do to a desease i have had for a long time, it's A.M.S. (advanced modeling syndrome)
right now i've got:

1/35 type 166 schwimmwagen ready to paint, w/photo eched on. it looks great w/working folding top.

1/700 Belleauwoods LHA, custom from another kit. 3/4 way done.

1/35 Strumpanzerwagen A7D, 3/4 done, with interior.

1/30 Russian NCY 122, 1/4 done.

1/35 Jagdpanzer/flammpanzer 38, mid pro. i've just started this one. i'm going to make it into a farm diorama setting. i've got: lead tracks, steel barrel, farm animals, two figures, and started making the chicken coops, walls, fence.. it's going to be my master piece.. :D
plus more in the shadows.... 8)

At this very moment, placing the Maquette tracks on a Zvezda T-34... very tedious!!

Tanks and things

Post by Rich Yankowski » 26 Nov 2002 01:34

Haven't worked on a model in over a year,my eyes aren't what they used to be!But I do have about 3 Tiger 1"s,a Sturmtiger, and a Maus on my 'must finish' list.Plus a conversion I was working on I must finish also. It's based on a British Chevolet Gun Tractor.Stipped it down to the basics and added a wooden flat bed on which will be mounted a 2cm Flak 38.Trying to show a DAK field-modified vehicle.

I spent the last 2 years making the "Stalingrad clashes" 1:35 diorama.
For now I have 30 German soldiers, 24 Russians, a Tiger, Kubelwagen, Sturmtiger (not originally from Stalingrad), T-34, Katjusa, and plenty of other stuff - ruins, mortars, howitzers, accesories, junk......
It's going to take about 1,5x1,5 m.

Currently I'm working on a ICM Soviet 76mm field gun width crew.

When I finish the whole thing (wery soon I hope), I'll post the pics and make a great celebration!
