Lions of Flanders: Flemish Volunteers of the Waffen-SS - Eastern Front, 1941-1945

Postby neumark6 » 17 May 2017 18:57

Hello,

using the google books I managed to find a small fragment of the book "Lions of Flanders: Flemish Volunteers of the Waffen-SS - Eastern Front, 1941-1945" concerning the service of the Flemish soldiers on the Oderfront near Schwedt in 1945:

https://books.google.pl/books?id=VgtWAA ... edir_esc=y

I wonder if any member of the forum that owns this book could possibly check if there are more info referring to Schwedt in this book.

Thanks in advance.

Neumark, I have the 1983 version of the book. Referencing Schwedt

"The two units had their Red Cross dressing stations at Kunow ("Wallonien") and Schwendt ("Langemarck").

the rest of the text speaks of the fighting in, around and for Stargard.
