You can't unless you join the military bookclub which it was written for. Will check my copy for details about this bookclub.

Sorry forgot, thanks for reminding me. All I can find in the books says "The Military Bok Club" - Garden City New York. Have no idea at all if they have a homepage or something like that. I'll ask Marc about it unless he sees this message and replies to it. I'll send him a link to this thread right away and I'm sure he can provide additional details.

Got information from Marc today that his book can be found at ABE Books (http://www.abe.com) or on Ebay. Check those sites and good luck.
