Has anyone read World War II histories by the author, Mark Stoler?

I heard that his book "Allies and Adversaries: The Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Grand Alliance and U.S. Strategy in World War II" received the "Distinguished Book Award" from the "Society of Military History".
