Hi rbea,

That I know there is no such commercial CD (but I might be wrong, of
course).

However, you could check/contact the following sources for info and
eventual availability:

A)
http://www.library.yale.edu/judaica/cdrom.html

referring to their specific section covering the following:
Nuremberg War Crimes
The Nuremberg War Crimes Trials database includes three sets of government documents, and a Final Report:
International Military Tribunal (IMT) A forty-two volume set known as the 'grey books'. This set of volumes is the trial of the major war criminals, condicted by the International Military Tribumal, with prosecutors from the USA, France, UK and USSR.

Nazi Conspiracy and Aggression An eleven volume set known as the 'red books', This state department work is an overview of the Internation Military Tribunal proceedings; much of the documentation produced in the IMT and NCA overlap.

Nurember Miliratu Tribunal (NMT) A sixteen volume set known as the 'green books', This set of volumes includes twelve very well known cases, such as the Kripp, IG Farben and medical experiments cases, with prosecutors only from the USA. The NMT started later than the IMT and often frows on the IMT as precedent.

Final Report to the Decretary of the Army (TTFR) This is a one-volume final report prepared by Telford Taylor in1949; it includes the full text of

Telford Taylor's monograph, The Nuremberg Trials, War Crimes and International Law (1949), as Appendix B.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B)
http://www.lib.monash.edu.au/law/online/nurberg.htm

They are dealing substantially with the same above mentioned subjects.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

C) http://www.courttv.com/casefiles/nuremberg/

This company is interesting in that they say that some of the Transcripts
concerning the various stages of the Nuremberg Trials have been
zipped to ease their download, but I honestly didn't check the terms
and conditions, if any.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

D) Woops! I was wrong, here's one that's selling a CD-Rom containing the
whole sessions (126.897 pages on CD) and should sell for $ 195.oo
Check it out at:

http://www.noontidepress.com/catalog/0433.html
but go to:
http://www.noontidepress.com for relevant ordering information
and e-mail address.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

E) http://www.shef.ac.uk/library/cdfiles/nurem.html

You're supposed to contact the Enquiry Desk at the Main Library either
by phone or e-mail to get access to the Nuremberg Trials full sessions on their database.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

F) http://www.wcl.american.edu/techres/cdrom/cdroms.html

This is a the CD-Rom Server of the Washington College of Law at the
American University and is supposed to be used by just 1 person/time.
The reason why I'm listing these sources which are not actually sales
companies, is just to give you a wider range of organizations to contact
in order to inquire on where and at what conditions you might obtain
a CD/series of CD's containing those transcripts.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

G) If you read Hebrew, you can check the Tel Aviv University (they too have 1 CD-Rom in their library) at:
http://www.tau.ac.il/cenlib/collections_heb.html
or go to the Central Library (English/Hebrew page) at:

http://www.tau.ac.il/cenlib/ and from there click on one of the
general info and/or any other facility to see how you can access it or
get in touch with them.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

H) If you speak German, I noticed an interesting source for literature
concerning the general subject of the Nuremberg Trials which, if I understood correctly, being quite uneasy with such a beautiful language,
should also contain a digitalized version of those trials on CD:
Check out : http://www.justiz.bayern.de/olgn/imt/literatur.htm

Once you're there, scroll down to paragraph VI (at about 2/3 downward of that page) and you'll see it
VI. CD-Ausgabe des Protokolls des Haupt-Prozesses

Digitale Bibliothek
Der Nürnberger Prozeß
(mit dem gesamten deutschsprachigen Protokoll auf CD)
Clicking on it you'll be presented with a full description in German of the
contents of the CD and an offer for purchasing it at the price of Euro 19,90
which sounds very interesting.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NB- This is just a little research I did. I'm sure there's much more I don't
know anything about. Meanwhile, you can start out with the above references, hoping that something better or more suitable for your needs
may be highlighted by some of our most skilled scholars in that field.
