Demir, What I noticed on "Urkunde" that it was signed by Sanders in Costantinapolis in 1918. Until Oct. 30 1918 he was at Sinai-Palestina Front. This means he signed many empty Urkunde.

That's right Tosun,
As I mentioned in my book pages 26 and 35 " A big number of War Medals documents were perforated vouchers, with only the name to be filled-in, pre-signed by the 5th Army Commander in Canakkale Liman von Sanders and by coincidence, had October 30, 1918, the date when the Ottoman Empire surrendered".

Tosun,
Also do not forget that this Medal is not only for Gallipoli, it is a general War Medal and awarded during the WWI in all fronts.
Regards
Demir
