Is there a chance to see through Völkischer Beobachter online? Is it posted somewhere in Internet?

Not that I'm aware of - it was microfilmed in the 60s and is readily available in major university libraries/national libraries, but I don't think it has been digitised, other than a few editions or just front pages.
