Complete Strategic Bombing Survey? (pdf)

Hi,
I found some books of the strategic bombing survey for Japan on archive.org, but for the many Europe volumes I could only find this page:

Yet, it doesn't allow downloads unless one is from a "partner institution" (which seem to be limited to a certain continent) :

this btw. is as far as I know a complete index of all the books of the Survey:

Anyone knows a link that allows to download some/all of those books? (besides the aforementioned ones on archive.org)
