Article about a major realignment of US Army history programs.

Is it not somewhat difficult to impossible to both inspire and educate ?

All this history is really about trends. Define "modern" and then seek reference points like WWII.

Are the pending "Tan Books" history books or positive, upbeat biographies of living personalities ?

Note "tailor historical content for young..." and "are inspiring".
