Indeed, Andreas Schulz and Dr. Dieter Zinke produced a comprehensive biographical sketch in their Die Generale der Waffen-SS und der Polizei, Band 3 (Biblio-Verlag). Nebe will appear in the eventual third volume of my series.
A 224-page stand-alone biography of him, by Ronald Rathert, has also been published (2001) and can be purchased as an E-book at https://books.google.com/books?id=qut35 ... navlinks_s
