I checked the page and it looks like a no. I'd use 'Bookfinder' to get a copy before prices go up. I have the book and can warmly recommend it.

How do you tell? The website doesn't say. Used copies are circulating at $200 plus on Amazon, however, the author's website has a normal price. Not sure if any are still in stock- would like to know before I give them my money!
