Question about the book "Coastal craft history"

Hi!
In the book "Coastal craft history" volume 4 there was an annotation of the Volume 5 "Elco, Higgins, Thornycroft and other".
However, a lot of time has passed, but the book is not published.
No one knows what happened to volume 5?
