Hs 129 - Martin Pegg - REPRINT IS HERE!

Post by richcarrick » 23 Dec 2019 17:52

In case you weren't aware, a few months ago my company Chandos Publications Limited has published an updated version of Martin Pegg's seminal (and long out of print) book on the Henschel Hs 129 Panzerjager. The first print run of 1,000 quickly sold out.

Finally the reprint is here. Head on over to my website to purchase your copy:

Also, some nice people at nice magazines have been saying very nice things. Check out some of our great feedback below:

'Martin Pegg’s standard work on the Hs 129 had been out of print for a long time. Finally, now available is a revised and carefully expanded new edition....Even those with the first edition of this book may... purchase this new edition with confidence - and this also very clearly applies to all other interested parties: buy it! '
- Flugzeug Classic Magazine (Germany) Nov 2019 issue

'For the model makers among us, nothing is missing! Exciting and really useful, especially as a 1/32 Hs 129 has been announced .... the book very quickly sold out on release and the publishers ordered a reprint. Take advantage of it before it finally disappears.'
- Cocardes Magazine (France) Dec 2019/Jan 2020 issue

'With the imminent release in 1/32 of the Henschel Hs 129 by Japanese manufacturer Zoukei Mura, the publication of this magnificent tome could not have been better timed. Within its pages...we are treated to what must surely be the most comprehensive publication yet published...'
- Tamiya Model Magazine International (UK) Dec 2019 issue

'Only rarely does a book come along for review which can be described in superlatives only...I can say that Pegg's book is, without doubt, one of the finest of its kind...the editorial team had no hesitation in nominating this remarkable publication as Editor's Choice for this issue.'
- Iron Cross Magazine (UK) issue No.3 December 2019
