Books about the Dnieper-Carpathian Offensive?

Sadly, I can really only handle English, so I'm looking for English language sources.

I have read Nebolsin's book on the 2nd Tank Army and it is quite good (but just about the 2nd Tank Army)
I have read Glantz' Red Storm in the Balkans which is more about the final phases of the offensive and focused in Romania.
I have read Hell's Gate which focused on the Korsun pocket.

I'd like something that covers more of the whole thing. Any suggestions?

Manstein's memoir, obviously.
