Do you mean books that covers the history of Feldpost or ones that details stories taken from Feldpost?

Good afternoon Ryan,

I found this *.pdf file on an external hard disk, probably interesting for you:

Das Medium Feldpost als Gegenstand interdisziplinärer Forschung
- Archivlage, Forschungsstand und Aufbereitung der Quelle aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg -

Katrin Anja Kilian, Berlin, 2001

Download is about 2,10 megabyte, 440 pages, language: german.

Link to the *.pdf file: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q ... Wcj3w9vKid

Hope, this is helpful for you..?
* You will like the short preface by Frau Kilian, very nice...

If you are looking for organisation and equipment, take a look at this one:

Postcard mailed from Wilhelmshaven - Home of the fleet. Can't make out a lot of the message but believe Karl was probably a crew member of GRAF SPEE and mailed this to his family.

Ryp95,

This postcard was signed by Karl, sent to his family:
Familie Stangl
in
Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Obb. (Oberbayern)
Schnitzschulstr. 22

It reads, that they visited some war ships that day and he met someone from Garmisch on the ship.

So I think he was just a visitor, not a crew member.

Best regards
Armin

Thanks Armin. I guess I am still on the lookout for a crew member of one of those pocket battleships

Sorry meant to type Admiral Scheer - not Graf Spee. And Armin is correct.
