Hello
Any one familiar with these books?
Are they any worth if ones interest is for high ranking German officers, Headquarters and General Staff officers etc. etc. ?
Best Regards

Re: Any one know these books?
Uncommon volumes! Had never heard of them.
No author, though. And no publisher either... A quick search pointed "Bruno Renoult" as the author. The whole thing is self-published. He obviously has a passion for the topic since he published 9 volumes or so. Also found a video with snapshots of the book contents (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xm4cNKmnNAo).
What the video shows of the Versailles books are very short biographical sketches of civilians with a few strong statements, a couple of pictures, and no source. Not sure what one could do with that. The volumes on the Vexin, if they touch upon the August 1944 fights, may bring a few things to save because post-Falaise gap combat actions are king of a black hole of the summer 1944 campaign.
