Title: Daily Life in Hitler's Germany
Author: Dr. Mattew Seligmann, Dr. John Davison, John McDonald
ISBN: 0-312-32811-7
Publisher: Thomas Dunne Books
Stars: 4
(out of 5)
This book is a mainly a picture book. It covers the beginning of the Third Reich, the Rise of Hitler, and the war in chapter and pictures. The chapters are brief and don't go into too much details, and just cover the topics.
There are a lot of good photos and they are well placed within the chapters. There are very few battle pictures but there are a lot of the civilian side etc.
I thought the book could of had a few more battle scenes.
Recommended for those who want to see Germany and the war from another point of view and NOT war scenes.
