My best guess wpould be a "Centro de Tiro Model 40 Sistemazione Gamma" It was used for the 75/46, 37/54/ and 90/53 aa guns with modified ballestics to suit each gun.

Always glad to help when I can. We were lucky on this one I had a picture and nomenclature. There is a lot of info on Uk, German,US and Japanese fire control equiopment but French and Italian very sparse.

This seems to be the French 2,5 meter, also used by German forces, then With German labels on all knobs.
I actually bought a couple of these last year, for the local museum.
