it is nice to mett You here.
I think, it is a Mitchell 35mm camera, because it is no Arriflex, no Bell & Howell, no Askania. But I cannot tell You the exact model. Please have a look on this German site: http://www.requisitenreindl.de/de_filmkameras.html

Yes, it is a Rb 50/18! It is on the filmsize (18x18cm) the smaller brother of the Rb 50/30 (filmsize 30x30cm), roughly producing the same scale or magnification on the negative as the Rb 75/30.
