Image 2: A Austrian pontoon ferry. I dont`t know the exact model of the equipment

Hi Sturm 78,

interesting pics. Thanks for posting, especially for the pics with the Dutch material.
I don´t think, that this is a special Austrian bridge building material on Your last pic You posted. The usual material (Birago, Herbert, M 36) is looking differently.

Well, perhaps a not standard equipment. The vehicles on the ferry are Austrian, without doubt...

The boats were powered by a 170 kg 30 HP four-stroke engine, which was able to accelerate the loaded boat to 25 km/h....................................
