My best guess on the left hand equipment is an 15 W.S.E transmitter receiver. Source is TM E-11-227 Signal Communication Equipment Directory - German Radio Communication Equipment 1944, pg 4.

The equipment on the right is a Torn E.b. receiver.

No chance. The photo is at too much of an angle to see the components well enough to identify their features.
