It is called a ZimmerschieBgerat. There were two or three variants. And yes, they mimicked the operation of the Zielienrichtung 34. There was also an extention tube assembly that, mounted alongside, also mimicked the elevation of the gun cannon so that the student could ascertain the fix of his settings against the the true elevation computed into the barrel.

10x80 80 Degree Flakfernrohr. blc (Zeiss) made some of them, eug (Prerau) made the others.
