It seems a transportable model so I am not sure if this is a naval or a Flak model

Hi Sturm78,
I am almost sure, your picture is showing two Astro Berlin Fernbildlinse f6,3/ 1000mm or f5/ 640mm telephoto lenses or something similar from another maker. Such lenses can be used with still (Leica, Contax...) and/ or cine cameras (Askania Z, Arri 35 ...). I also think, the soldiers are from a cine or photo PK unit and are getting used to handle such equipment.
Here is a probably later model for comparison: f6,3/ 1000mm
f5/ 640mm
