Looks like a Selbstfahrlafetten-Zielfernrohr (periscopic sight for self-propelled artillery).
I have almost no clue on german optics, but a search suggest it could be a type 1 (Sfl.Zf.1)?

It's the lower part (lacking the film magazine) of a Carl Zeiss "Reihenbildner" aerial mapping and reconnaisance camera Rb 75/30.

For comparison, here is a complete unit (same model) in it's rig:

An image from Ebay: I am not sure : Entfernungsmesser 34 (EM34) 0.7M or Entfernungsmesser 36 (EM36) 1M rangefinder ??

Those are almost certainly cinetheodolites. Can't ID the manufacturer however.
