From the for what it's worth files........
It is similar to what the TM-E 30-451 calls a Feldfernschreiber.
Although what other Nomenclature is involved I don't know.
Teletype equipment of some type. Not much help I'm afraid.

Hi Sturm

I cannot confirm what type of radio it is but I am concerned about the operator. Has he got two right ears, one above the other. 8O Just look where the earphone is and how high the barber has cut his hair above his ear. :D
