I think a Torn.E.b radio above to the right, an Ukw. E. h receiver to the left and there is another equipment below to the right that I can not identify...

Could be a SdKfz 251 halftrack ??

Well, it is in a Sdkfz 251. It appears they just plopped the radios on the seats. It isn't a permanent install.
