I suspect what you have in those photos are automated telephone exchanges. Of course, Rotwang M would be a better expert on this to answer that question.

Well, here another image from Ebay: I think a Dräger rebreather respirator.
Does somebody know his exact German Army designation ?? Or Dräger model ??

Heeres atmer (probably one of the “Klein-Gasschutzgerät” series).

Re: I need help to Id. german equipment
Hello Sturm78, some years ago I found a few of these attachments/valves from what is believed to be a heeres atmer.

The small images are of the old “Drägerwerk“ logo stamped on the rear part. The small picture below is the internal parts of the atmer + location of the attachment.
Dräger also made the famous “tauchretter” for uboat crews. Again my finds and explanation of what and where

According to the information that I have can find on the net, it seems that there were various models of the Dräger rebreathers of the KG-serie:
KG-128:
KG-130: for Civil Defence and Fire brigade
KG-120: for military use. It seems that only this model was named as Heeresatmer
KG-210: for Civil Defence and Fire brigade
I think the model of my image is a KG-210

Re: I need help to Id. german equipment
PDF file "Die Entwicklungs- und Nutzungsgeschichte der Tauchretter des Drägerwerkes"
Link: https://www.zhb.uni-luebeck.de/epubs/ediss973.pdf
114 pages, download size is about 15.4 Megabyte, probably interesting for some members here in the forum...
There was another website on this topic many years ago, probably offline..?
The Internet may be a "village", but it was and is also a very short-lived medium, what was available 10 or 20 years ago is often gone by now, but who am I telling...
