K98 bayonet marking query

I have a K98 bayonet.It is matching numbers and maker marked s/185.( Elite diamant).Spine is marked 37. The picture shows the pommel has an unusual letter and number marking.It has been suggested it is a 1937 Portuguese contract bayonet.I cant see this as it has waffenampt marks on the pommel and is otherwise apparantly German spec with maker .Anyone any ideas please.It is suggested the numbering is similar to Portuguese contract but the N and x t and the Maker mark are
