WW2 Japanese Binoculars ?

#1

Post by Porcelain44 » 13 Aug 2019, 19:49

These appear similar to WW2 Japanese binoculars that I have had. There are no markings that I can discern on the case or binocs. The cse even has the little metal loop/ring that you sometimes encounter on Japanese canteen straps etc. What do you think?

The case, leather, buckle, and revits don't look Japanese to me..... more like WW 1 French. The binoculars also are similar to French types...

Of course, all speculation.
