Name it, please.

And for more fun:
What was the apparatus on the lower left used for?

Hi.

Sorry, I completely missed your reply.

The general direction is correct but my sources claim a different (earlier) designation.

Yours

Thanks!

See what you all make of this. It's part of
some German equipment, but what...?

See what you all make of this.

I'm really at a loss Waleed  Perhaps a part of the 'potash CO2 catchment' system for exhaling trapped submariners????

I'll give this one to Varjag.
It is as close as it gets without mentioning the actual name... Well done!

The first is a re-breather release valve.
The second is the rail which is used to open the re-breather "bag/vest"
so as to get to the inside parts and oxygen bottle.
So, as Varjeg stated it's for saving trapped submariners - more correctly called
the Dräger Tauchretter.

Picture source: my own collection. Fortunate to have found a few mouthpieces
with tubing, some rails, valves and other bits and pieces.

All yours Varjag!

Hi Varjag,

Looks suspiciously like an anti tank round with a sabot.
