Oskar Gadringer was born on May 2nd 1916. During the war he served with a Cyclist reconnaissance battalion within the 100th jäger division. He was the holder of the Iron Cross first and second class, Assault Badge, the East medal and others. On December 4th 1942 he was participating in the heavy fighting in Stalingrad when he was killed in action after being severely wounded. He was 27.

Friedrich Gadringer was born on December 7th 1912 in Tumeltsham. During the war he served with the 336 infantry Division. He was gunner in an artillery regiment. 3 days after the death of his brother, Oskar, he was killed in action in the east on December 7th 1942, it also happened to be his birthday.
