I have noticed that there seems to be an interest
in postal history of the Third Reich?
I have been collecting german postal history
1871-1945 for over 30 years and perhaps
you may be interested in having a little look
at my collection?
Regards,Bill.

Hi James, you will have a control number on the bottom left
corner of the cover, mine is "129", also the letter was
registered at the post office with number "R 16071" Prag 1.
I would be interested to know the numbers on your cover.
Regards,Bill.

Bill,
It looks like the "129" might mean it was the 129th item the Kdf in Prague issued, because mine also bears that number. In terms of the registration number of the envelope we're about 1,500 numbers apart. Do you have other covers to compare?

Lublin Commemorative Card

Post by JLEES » 15 Feb 2003 16:27

Hello,
While looking for something else I can across my 600 years of Lublin set on commemorative card with special cancellation. Does anyone have anything else they might wish to share from this event?
James
