"Cigarette Card" book photos
Those are paste-in photos for the "cigarette-card" book titled "Adolf Hitler - Bilder aus dem Lebens des Fuehrers," published in Hamburg in 1936. Folks could buy the blank books, then buy sets of the reproduction photos to paste in the appropriate spaces in the book (these are not original Hoffman photos, BTW, but flimsy reprints meant to sell cheaply to the masses - the more sold, the more money made by Hoffman and the publisher).
The books sell for a rather wide range today - I've seen them from $100 to $250 and over. The separate photos would only be worth a few dollars each, especially ones that had been pasted then torn out of a book.
