Stalag 381/391 Besitzzeugnis signed by... ?

Post by Materia » 22 Sep 2016 23:02

Hello, I checked your Reich signatures, but I cant seem to be able to find one I have. It comes from either Stalag 381/391, but now, after all that time looking at it, zooming in, and out, I would be leaning towards 381.

I found websites with Stalags, but they have the most basic info, internet barely finds anything about these camps.

There is a chance, that someone might came across this signature earlier.

:welcome:
Looks like Hauptmann Greiner.
What's the date on the document?
If we become increasingly humble about how little we know, we may be more eager to search.

Personnel was usually provided by Sicherungs-Divisions. We have the date and the location: Tapa/Taps, so can trace which one. 281 perhaps, but I don't know for sure.
