How many years after a soldier's death the WAST in Berlin decided to consider him like a killed and not a missing?

It´s not in the adjudication of the WASt to declare someone as dead who was reported as MIA. That´s the "job" of local courts but only after a request from the family and research that there is no possibility that the person in question is still alive. Of course there´s an exception when his corpse should be recovered by chance.
