Hello raut. The decorative “coat of arm” above the middle entrance was a give-away to WHAT. It’s the Bismarckturm (Burg Spreewald). It might be a Hitler youth (some look like young boys) gathering, maybe a solstice celebration as mentioned in link. The crest was removed after 1945 and not replaced during the 1960s restaurrations.

Budapest is my guess and the St. Stephen's Basilica with the dome and two towers.
